Han Ming specialises in fund matters and has extensive knowledge of the business aspects and operations of a fund manager. He has worked with major foreign and local fund management companies on the establishment of these companies in Singapore, as well as the establishment, structuring and registration of their funds (both local and offshore) in Singapore. He also advises on regulatory compliance and licensing issues relating to Singapore securities and financial advisory law. He liaises regularly with the Singapore regulators for various matters including issues relating to regulatory compliance, licence and product applications for his clients. Han Ming sits on the regulatory committee of IMAS. He is recommended as a leading individual for investment funds work in Singapore in the 2008 and 2009 editions of the leading legal directory, Chambers Asia. He is fluent in English and Mandarin. |

Andrea is the Chief Operating Officer of Riley Paterson Investment Management. Prior to joining Riley Paterson in April, 2009 Andrea was the Head of Operations and IT for Japan Advisory LLC, the Tokyo-based investment advisor to the Whitney Japan funds. Before Japan Advisory, Andrea was a Vice-President in Equity Operations at Morgan Stanley Japan Securities, where he built and was responsible for middle-office operations for all equity and equity derivative products, for regulatory and transaction reporting, and a variety of control functions. Andrea also worked in Morgan Stanley's San Francisco office as an associate in the Private Wealth Management division, where he assisted in the management of discretionary equity and fixed income portfolios for high net worth individuals and many leading private and public companies. Andrea started his financial career at Sutro & Co. (now part of RBC Wealth Management) and has also completed internships with Goldman Sachs, Smith Barney, and Deloitte & Touche. Andrea earned a B.A. from Miami University (Oxford, OH) with a double major in Diplomacy & Foreign Affairs and Political Science, and a minor in East Asian Studies. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation and has held Registered Representative and Internal Control Manager licenses from the National Association of Securities Dealers (now FINRA) and the Japan Securities Dealers Association. |

Darren is a Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Services Industry Practice, under which he is responsible for servicing organisations in the asset management industry in Singapore and specialises in the audit of financial institutions and investment funds. Before joining PwC, Darren worked with another big 4 accounting firm across Singapore and the UK (London and Guernsey) for more than 9 years. Darren has extensive experience in audit service of a broad range of client industries over the years. In the past 8 years however, Darren has begun specialising in assurance and advisory work within the financial services sector, specifically in the investment management and fund industry. |

Debra Ng is a Partner and Shareholder of Albourne Partners. She joined Albourne as Portfolio Analyst in 2006 and heads the Albourne Singapore office. Prior to that Ms. Ng was Regional Business Director of Strategy and business development at LFC Management Ltd (Singapore), (an Asian FoHF), for two years. In 2000, Debra joined Citigroup Asset Management (Singapore) as Director, Institutional Advisory. Before that she worked at Capital International (Singapore) as Assistant Vice-President with Portfolio Management support and institutional client relationship management responsibilities from 1994 to 2000. Debra started her career as an Investment Analyst covering the Technology, EMS, Autos and small conglomerate sectors at DBS Investment Research (Singapore) from 1991 to 1994. Ms. Ng graduated from the California State University, Los Angeles (USA) with a BSc. Business Administration in Finance with Economics in 1990. She attained the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation in 2006. |

Rebekah Pang is an Associate Director at Newedge Singapore, where she is involved in origination and structuring and capital introductions for the Prime Brokerage Group. Prior to this, she worked as an analyst at KBC Alpha Asset Management - an Asian focused fund of hedge funds, researching funds based within the region. Rebekah has postgraduate qualifications in finance and holds both CFA and CAIA designations. |

Brian is a partner with the Singapore financial services group of Ernst & Young. He has more than 13 years experience (including three years with Ernst & Young in New York) auditing and advising financial services clients. He leads the Singapore asset management assurance practice and is a member of the Ernst & Young Global Hedge Fund Steering Committee. Brian’s experience in financial markets includes serving asset managers, hedge funds, private equity funds and investment companies. Brian’s experience with investment funds and asset management companies encompasses audit examinations, fund structuring, internal control reviews, performance audits, consultation on regulatory matters as well as performing due diligence procedures associated with asset management acquisitions. He has extensive industry knowledge of hedge fund structural and operating issues, including offshore entities and fund of funds. Brian is a key member of the GIPS and SAS 70 team in Singapore. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Brian was a Police Inspector with the Singapore Police Force. |

David Walter, MA is a Director in PAAMCO’s Portfolio Management Group based in the firm’s Singapore office. He is responsible for Asian focused investments and acts as Head of Research for Asia and the Pan Asia Portfolio Solutions’ funds. Prior to joining PAAMCO, David performed a similar role for KBC Alpha Asset Management. Before KBC, he co-founded Arbiter Fund Managers where he established and managed a dedicated Japanese long/short equity fund. Previously, David worked at London and Oxford Capital Markets establishing and running a Japan-focused multistrategy fund. Prior to that he was Head of Japanese Equity Product at Sanwa International Securities. David began his professional career in 1987 at Barings Far East Securities where he was employed as a Japanese convertible and warrant trader. He has twenty-four years of investment management experience. David graduated from Christ Church, Oxford with an MA (Hons) degree in Modern History. |
