AIMA

AIMA covers a range of policy and regulatory issues related to asset management globally. These focus mainly on the requirements imposed on asset managers in relation to their authorisation, registration or licensing as well as different operating conditions imposed in various jurisdictions. 

The Asset Management Regulation team also focuses on broader issues such as whether and to what extent managers can pose a threat to financial stability and therefore should be subject to supplemental regulation.

The Asset Management Regulation team is headed by Anna Larris and consists of Anna Berdinner (Regulatory Assistant) and Anna Holm (Regulatory Secondee). The team reports to Jiri Krol as Director of Government & Regulatory Affairs at AIMA.
